LABRADOODLES
ABOUT THE BREED
TEMPERAMENT
The temperament of a Labradoodle is one of very similar nature to the Labrador. They are friendly, good
tempered, eager to please and offer you many years of devoted companionship, they can be a little steadier
than a Labrador from the poodles side they have a very calm easy going nature.
HEIGHT
Labradoodle's come is all shapes and sizes as i have researched the breed i have come across all sorts of
mixes/sizes.
The Breed standard for a Labrador is 21-25" poodles come in anything from 9" right up to 28"
HEALTH TESTING
Even though its a new gene pool altogether crossing 2 breeds. If the breeds are prone to any health issues
parents should be tested no excuse.
Both Poodles and Labradors are prone to Hip Dysplasia and should be hip scored also eye tested.

Litter 1 is due around the 12th of March meaning her babies will be ready to go early May 2010 Carter had a litter to the same poodle last year and had 6 stunners she was a fantastic Mum, everyone who met her could not believe how small she was. She only stands 17 1/2" tall and is the most easy going little Lab i have ever met. There was 2 black and 2 chocolate pups and 2 really quire rare black with chocolate markings in her first litter .We are expecting a full litter of scruffy coat type doodles as with there last pups, all should be very low shedding and have that classic doodle teddy bear look. The litter will mature to a nice family pet size around 18-19" (the average size of a Springer spaniel) Both Parents are fully Kennel club registered and are BVA hip scored and have clear eyes. All puppies come with copies of parents kc forms/health checks etc. Puppy packs with food, feeding toilet training and aftercare guide, free puppy insurance, a scent blanket from there Mum help them settle into there new homes and full aftercare advice (should you need it!). | We have 2 litters of F1 Labradoodles planned for 2010 both are due March details of both litters below. |
Litter 2 is due around the 18th of March meaning her babies will be ready to go May 2010
Mum to this litter Miley (named after Hanna Montana!) and Is Katie's pride and joy. This
will be Mileys first litter of Labradoodles and we are all very much looking forward to there
arrival. Miley has a the softest nature and was breed by us. Katie choose her at 1 day old
and never wavered she was always 100% she was the girl in the litter for her. They are
the best of friends and she is so soft and easy to handle Katie can take her anywhere.
We are again expecting the full litter to be scruffy coat type doodles, all should be low
shedding and have that classic doodle teddy bear look. Mileys Mum is yellow and her
father fox red so with that in mind and the fathers breeding he is light apricot and both his
parents where apricots the litter should range from Cream to i would imagine a dark
Apricot but you can never be sure until the little ones arrive.
The litter will mature to a nice size a little larger than litter 1 around 22-23" (the average
size of a small Labrador)
Both Parents are fully Kennel club registered and are BVA hip scored and have clear

The father to both litters is a very sweet Apricot poodle. He is fully kc reg, hip and
eye tested. A nice medium size ideal for doodles. I have put a picture of him to the
left and a few pics of some of the doodle puppies he is the daddy to below.
