| HEALTH SCREENING It is very important when looking at a cross breed of any type you do some research in to the two separate breeds Both Golden retrievers and Poodles are prone to Hip dysplasia. Just because they are being crossed and not put to a dog of there breed it is still essential that they have had the health screening required for there breed. Standard poodles should also be BVA Hipscored as well as eye tested. |
| They love everyone and everything and make very loving loyal family pets. Not only do they inherit the smart nature of Mum and Dad but the combination of a Goldies thick coat and a poodles fleece makes for the best Doodle coats around. As with all puppies of any breed, its very important that the parents have a great way about them and have a kind nature. As well as the relevant health testes for there individual breeds. Golden Retrievers should be both Hipscored and eye tested Standard poodles again should be both hip and eye tested. Even though its a new gene pool altogether from 2 different breeds. If the breeds are prone to any health issues at all they should have the tests needed for their breed. Its really important and easy to do. |
| We have a litter of Cream and Golden Goldendoodle puppies. They will be ready to go to their new homes From Sunday 9th June 2013. And old enough to meet from May 19th onwards. Mum Tilly is a wonderful girl, She is quite compact for a Goldie and stands 21". She is BVA Hipscored total 13 and has a clear eye test. Father to this litter is Cracker, he is BVA Hipscored total 11 and has a clear eye test. We expect this litter to mature to 22-23" Puppies will all mature to have that typical doodle teddy bear type coat and be low shedding. Both parents are fully KC reg and Puppies come with details of parents health checks etc. Puppy packs with food, feeding toilet training and aftercare guide, free puppy insurance, a scent blanket from there Mum help them settle into there new homes and full aftercare advice should you need it!. | Update 08/05/13 I to all the new families so far. I have done a little update video below. As you can see their eyes are open not that they can see a great deal as yet. They are also up and about on their little wobbly legs and are growing at speed! Tilly is doing a fantastic job she is such a great Mum. |
